How We Onboard New Clients

Initial Walkthrough

We visit your facility in person. We don't provide quotes over the phone based on square footage alone. We need to see your space, understand your priorities, and identify any special requirements.

During the walkthrough, we'll ask about your biggest pain points with cleaning, any areas that need extra attention, and any concerns about chemicals, access, or scheduling.

Custom Cleaning Plan

We create a detailed cleaning plan specific to your facility. This includes:

  • Task-by-task checklist for your space
  • Frequency recommendations based on traffic and use
  • Recommended service schedule (daily, 3x weekly, weekly, etc.)
  • Equipment and supplies we'll use
  • Estimated time per cleaning

Transparent Proposal

You receive a written proposal with:

  • Clear pricing (no hidden fees)
  • What's included and what's not
  • Service start date and schedule
  • Contract terms (we don't lock you in long-term)
  • Communication protocols

Team Introduction & Training

Before the first cleaning, we introduce you to your dedicated team. They walk through your facility with us to learn your priorities, ask questions, and understand any special protocols.

We cover access procedures, alarm codes, trash disposal, chemical storage, and any facility-specific requirements.

First 30 Days

The first month is a dialing-in period. We check in frequently to make sure service matches expectations. If adjustments are needed, we make them immediately.

After 30 days, we conduct a formal review: What's working? What needs adjustment? How can we improve?

Quality Assurance System

Checklists & Documentation

Every facility has a customized checklist. Teams check off tasks as completed. We track completion digitally, so you can see what was done and when.

Random Inspections

Our supervisor conducts unannounced facility visits to verify quality. Teams don't know when inspections happen, so standards must be maintained every single time.

Client Feedback Loop

Monthly check-ins (formal or informal) ensure we're meeting expectations. If something changes in your facility or priorities shift, we adjust immediately.

Same-Day Issue Resolution

Notice something missed? Report it before 2pm and we'll return the same day at no charge. No arguing, no excuses—we just fix it.

Communication Systems

Bad communication kills commercial cleaning relationships. We over-communicate to prevent surprises.

Service Confirmations

You receive timestamped arrival and completion confirmations. You always know when we serviced your facility.

Issue Alerts

If our team notices something (low soap in restrooms, burned-out bulbs, leaking pipes), we alert you immediately. We're your eyes in the facility after hours.

Schedule Changes

Need us to skip a cleaning due to a company event? Want to add a one-time deep clean? Just text, email, or call. We respond within hours, not days.

Direct Access

You have direct contact information for the owner (me). No call centers, no ticket systems, no runaround. If something's important, you reach me directly.

Equipment & Supplies

We supply everything needed for cleaning—you don't need to worry about buying or storing supplies.

Professional Equipment

Commercial vacuums, microfiber systems, floor machines, and specialty tools for every surface type.

Proven Chemicals

EPA-registered disinfectants, pH-neutral floor cleaners, and glass cleaners that actually work.

Green Options Available

We offer Green Seal-certified products for eco-conscious businesses without sacrificing effectiveness.

Consumables Management

We can monitor and restock consumables (hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper) as an add-on service.

Safety & Insurance

$2 Million General Liability Insurance
